Made for kids and big kids alike, this is a vanilla cake filled with either vanilla buttercream and berry jam or with chocolate buttercream. It’s topped off with gold Vanilla Bean shortbread number biscuit, coated in vanilla buttercream and decorated in delicious confetti. Everything is made entirely from scratch. The cake is six inches wide and is stacked in four layers. It serves twelve adult-sized portions – or fifteen hungry youngsters.
