Made for kids and big kids alike, this is a vanilla cake filled with either vanilla buttercream and berry jam or with chocolate buttercream. It’s topped off with either a hand written personalised name or a gold Vanilla Bean shortbread number biscuit. Everything is made entirely from scratch. The cake is six inches wide and is stacked in four layers. It serves twelve adult-sized portions – or fifteen hungry youngsters.
