Our Torched Lemon Meringue Cake is four layers of a soft lemon sponge, filled with Vanilla Bean Swiss meringue buttercream and handmade lemon curd. Smothered with cloud-like Italian meringue and topped with fresh berries
Everything is made entirely from scratch and fresh to order. It serves twelve to fifteen adult-sized dessert portions
